What is a sanctuary home? You provide love, food and make Caesar part of your family, we will cover his medical expenses the rest of his life. Caesar is a happy boy who loves to be around people. We call him our Goodwill Ambassador! He still has a long tail and he proudly wags it all the time! Caesar is very affectionate and extremely sweet and loves to be petted and hang out with his human pals. He also likes other dogs, cats and has been around children.
