Meet Napoleon
Meet Napoleon! He is a 2 year old Lhasa Apso mix. He was rescued from Columbiana County Dog Pound where he was taken in from a hoarding situation. The poor guy was so matted that he was in pain. Thanks to Petsmart he is now matte free and feeling so much better.
His adoption fee is $200 and covers the cost of the dogs spay or neuter, vaccines, preventative medications, microchip and 30 day free trial pet insurance.
