Maverick is a 4 year old, male husky mix who was rescued along with 43 others from an abusive sled dog owner. He was starved, chained and left out in the snow. He has been neutered and is up to date with shots, and has gained weight. Maverick is a reddish blonde color, he looks mostly husky, not sure what other breed he is. Maverick was 35 some pounds when he was rescued and is now 55 pounds. He could easily gain another 15 pounds. Maverick is very friendly and social with people and other dogs. Maverick came to us with his buddy Grasshopper. We would like them to go together if at all possible because Grasshopper needs Maverick as Grasshopper is vision impaired.
