Barclay is a 60-lb lap dog and is bursting with love. He loves to snuggle, cuddle, give and receive kisses. No amount of affection is too much. He showers just as much love on total strangers as he does on his friends. He sees every person as an opportunity for affection. He loves to have his stomach scratched and makes the cutest smile when he is upside down. Barclay has outstanding leash-walking skills. Barclay has great manners in the house. His favorite activity is to SWIM.... he LOVES it!!! Barclay arrived as a stray at one of NYC's high-kill shelters and is around 4-5 years old.
