Beagle Mix: An adopted dog in Amelia, OH

Bailey is a very sweet Beagle mix dog who was set loose in ARF's neighborhood, and it took the neighbors five days to catch him. Nothing specific is known about his background but he is very friendly, likes people, and seems good with other dogs. He is also easy to deal with and, unlike some of our other residents, sat calmly while strangers put on his collar and leash. Bailey was busy, active and interested in his walk and is another of those nose-to-the-ground tracking dogs. While he was not particularly good on leash and does not know "sit", this is not too bad since he is small and comes back to you when called, hoping for either a treat or a pat. Overall Bailey is a very nice Beagle mix with a very sweet temperament, and he should be an easy addition to anyone's household.
