After 4 years with a wonderful family, Acorn and Hickory are once again looking for a home through no fault of their own. The family is separating and unable to keep them :( The boys are used to be spoiled with LOTS of free range time, snuggles and toys and hope their next (and last) home to be just as accommodating. The boys are very bonded to one another and must be adopted as a pair.

Acorn and Hickory came to us in 2009 when another shelter was overwhelmed taking in rabbits from a hoarding situation. They were being kept in small wire pens with dozens of other rabbits, only minimal food and water, no hay, treats or toys. Now used to living in luxury, they can't wait for that forever home to find them. Acorn and Hickory are amazing buns who love attention, pets and snuggles. They are used to living with kids and other pets and are all around great buns. Acorn and Hickory are creatures of habit and appreciate a routine. Once they've settled into their new family they are great with their litterbox usage and love to lounge.

The boys are staying at Petco on Casaloma Drive near the Fox River Mall in Appleton. Stop by and visit them during their regular business hours. You won't regret it!!
