Meet Myk

Arrival story: Myk came from a litter that was the result of an unplanned pregnancy. The litter eventually ended up at a crowded, rural shelter. That is when Waggin Tails stepped in to save them. Approximate age / weight:11wks and 9 lbs. (as of Dec. 7, 2009) Personality: Myk is a happy, friendly pup. He loves to cuddle and play with the other dogs in his foster home. Housebreaking is going well, he almost always runs to the door when he has to go potty. Myk is being crate trained in his foster home and does well as long as his crate is near people. If crated away from the rest of the family, he will carry on in protest of being crated. He is sleeping through the night.

Myk is being fostered in a home with a young child (3 yr old). He does well most of the time, but, like all puppies, is still mouthy and his sharp little teeth sometime latch onto fingers and toes during play.

Myk also lives with cats and is doing well with them, playing with them when they want to play and leaving them alone when they don't. Forever home: When considering one of these cuties, please keep in mind puppies are a lot of work and will require time and training to grow into well-behaved adult dogs. Contact: WTDR2008@yahoo.comPre-Adoption Application: To be considered for a dog, it is best to submit a pre-adoption application. The Pre-Adoption Application can be downloaded from our website - http://www.waggintailsdogrescue.org/adoptionprocess.html. Just complete the application and email it back to wtdr2008@yahoo.comWaggin' Tails Adoption Information: Waggin' Tails Dog Rescue has a standard adoption fee of $175 for adult dogs.
