Domestic Short Hair-Gray/Tabby - Grey: An adoptable cat in Saint Paul, MN

Folks here tell me I must be Irish because my name is Connor. I did show up here on St. Patrick's Day with a guy named Patrick. But he was the one wearing a green hat and yowling for beer, so I guess they're right - I must be the Irish one - because true cats of the old sod don't do that stuff. Don't quote me, but I think English cats do it just to give us true cats a bad name. Can you imagine! Not very politically correct of me, I know. But, hey, I am a handsome, long sleek fellow with a charming white blaze on my nose, just like a horse. I am so handsome that I really can get away with saying just about anything I want. You'll see. You'll also see that I have very sharply defined rings around my tail. They are stunning enough that raccoons are jealous. Really! And I have very white feet that I keep very clean white. I do.

I'd very much like to join a human family. At heart, I'm a people cat. I just expect - and deserve - respect. I won't always do 'human stuff' just because you want me to. If I feel like being entertainment, I will be the best performer you've ever seen. But I may just sit regally, showing off my long neck. See how wonderful I am? Do you? OK - then I shall purr. Tell me that I am magnificent, and I shall purr even more. But no silly stereotypes, please: no green hats - I hate all hats, really hate them. Don't like James Joyce much, either. Talk about somebody who was full of himself! Curious about me, aren't you. I'm curious about you, too. How about paying these good folks 120 green dollars and taking me home?
