Oscar is a 2-year-old Basset boy who was found wandering the rural roads of western Tennessee, skinny and rash-covered. He is house-trained, walks well on a leash and is generally a gentle, undemanding guy. It appears he has some past obedience training too. He justs wants some belly rubs and lots of grub . He plays well with his "foster" sisters, Jasmine & Freckles, and is good with children.
