Molly Rabbit French Lop Mix Norwalk, CT

Molly was dumped at a farm in Easton, CT over the winter of 2008. She was found in a milk crate that was half buried in snow, along with dozens of others. We never found out who dumped them all there, and some are still recovering. We assume that most of them came from a breeder, and Molly even has a tattoo in her ear.

Molly was in foster care since her arrival here at Hop Along Hollow. She is still quite shy and will usually try to bury herself in the couch if given the opportunity. Loud noises and fast movements sometimes cause her to panic and she will thump loudly for several minutes to show her disapproval. She will definitely need a home with an experienced rabbit owner who has time and patience to devote to her. She is very sweet and definitely a snuggle-bunny, just shy!

All bunnies will be spayed or neutered prior to adoption unless they are too young to have the surgery. You will be asked to sign a promise to spay/neuter when adopting a baby.
