Sallie is a lovely, adult calico with a dwarfed tail that adds charm to her appearance. She is spayed and up-to-date on her vaccinations. Sallie and some kitty friends were rescued from a neighborhood near the Stratford/Bridgeport line. Sallie enjoys the company of other cats, and is shy, yet gentle, with people. She likes to have her head stroked while lounging in a place where she feels comfortable. Sallie has her quirks and is most comfortable interacting with people when she is off the ground where she feels a sense of safety. Sallie tends to be the quiet member in the room when a person is present. But, without a person in the room, she has been viewed being active and playful. Sallie does like to play interactive games and is quick to catch the wand toy when it comes her way. She enjoys looking out the window. The best home for Sallie is one with a friendly cat for companionship. Sallie is a good snuggle buddy with other cats. She is a nice little cat who needs someone to lovingly and patiently interact with her and accept her quirky nature. Sallie should do well in a home with no young children and no dogs as that may cause her to hide. The ideal home will be one that accepts and loves Sallie for her quiet nature.
