Rufus is fearful of a clap or a snap of a towel when you fold laundry--he'll go outside until he thinks you're finished. We've been working on making him feel more secure. With gorgeous full, long ears Rufus is the perfect Basset--sweet and gentle in every way. He depends on Peaches. Both Rufus and Peaches love their treat time and know exactly when it is. My personal opinion is they must remain together, as they are always aware of where the other is. They lay close by or are touching at every opportunity. Let's not break up this bonded pair.
