Meet our Gandalf - leader and gentle spirit that rules the Bunny Yard. He is a sweet and loving example of a noble breed, the Standard Rex. His fur is exquisite, as is his temperment. He loves to lie down next to you - particularly if you are eating anything veggie-wise! Gandalf was born January 2004. He is neutered and litter trained.
We list all of our rabbits as "no dogs / no small children." This is not to say that if you have a dog or small children you are automatically disqualified from adopting, but just to say that we will have to work with you to make sure your children are going to treat the rabbit calmly and safely, and to make sure that we are not adopting a rabbit into a home where your dog will instantly see it as prey and chase, terrorize, or kill it. It's not a disqualifier, it's simply a "let's talk about that."
