Fifi Poodle Mix Walnut Cove, NC

Fifi was one of four female poodles that were dumped on a busy road in our county, luckily at the home of a animal loving family! They quickly came to the rescue as the scared dogs could not seem to find their way out of the middle of the road! Scared, they ran to a car repair shop next door and hit under the cars. After several hours of trying to catch them, all four were finally caught. Upon first seeing these dogs, it was hard to tell what breed of dogs they were, the hair was that bad. After grooming all four, they have been checked out by the vet and determined to be full blooded poodles, about 4-5 years of age and all 10 pounds and under.They are heartworm negative, on preventative, up to date on shots and will be spayed prior to adoption. Since we feel that these dogs were probably breeder dogs, they will require some extra loving by that special someone. They are working on housetraining and leash training (as they probably never had either!)
