Honey Buns
 When Georgia Tsoi and her daughter decided to adopt a rabbit, they didn’t just rush out and get one. First they did research to find out how to take care of pet rabbits. (Visit our library to learn more) “I wanted to make sure that I knew what we were getting into,” Georgia says.

Next, they did some bunny sitting for a friend. That convinced them. “We fell in love with our friend’s bun, Bugs, and began our search on Petfinder.com for the perfect rabbit. It turned out that the perfect rabbit for us was a pair: Cleo and Tony.”

Cleo and Tony were adopted from Minnesota House Rabbit Society, whose adoptable pets can be viewed at http://MNHouseRabbit.petfinder.com. The pair had been living in a foster home for 238 days.

“They were the small breed that we wanted,” Georgia says, “and they were already litter-box trained. Cleo and Tony now have a nice living room, dining room and bunny play area to live in (complete with a three-story condo, bunny tunnel and hay box). They get lots of attention from both of us. We love our buns.”
