For help with errors that you have encountered while using the Petfinder system, please choose from the following links:

  • Missing Buttons and Browser Errors
    If you can't see the "ADD", "Save Changes", or "Browse" button when you try to save pet info, upload a pet picture, or edit your home page, you may need to update your browser.

  • Problems with Photo Uploads
    Get assistance if you receive an error when you try to upload a pet picture, or you uploaded a pet's picture, but it did not appear on the pet's page.

  • Help with Editing Photos
    Get help resizing re-size your pet's photos to the correct right size for upload.

  • Problems with the Message Board
    Get help here if you signed up for the private message board, but can't see any of the forums.
