With Nyquil, you'll still be sick, but you won't care anymore.

when I use Nyquil I get a deep and good nights sleep without further irritating my thoat by coughing all night. That alone makes a big difference for me.

That has got to be the quote of the year. So true.

Dayquil is so nasty. It's like drinking vicks vaporub. But it works......if you can keep from puking it up.

IMO you want to consider if you really NEED all of the different medicines that are in there.
It contains a decongestant, antihistimine, fever reducer, cough supressant and alcohol. That's a lot of different medicines if you don't need them all. If you are really down for the count with coughing, runny nose, stuffy head, fever, headache, then maybe take it. Otherwise I don't go for the too much medicine route.

I took some NyQuill lastnight and then went to bed, and I woke up about 7 times during the night, and I felt fine during the night, but I just woke up, and I feel like --I have a Potty Mouth--. Sad

I am the same way on NyQuil. It makes me hyper. It is the decongestant in the product. Maybe next time take a product without the decongestant and hopefully you can get some sleep. Feel better!!

It is funny isn't it, how different people react differently to meds? I get jittery from Benedryl! So does one of my dogs. We have the reverse effect. And Mortin, forget it. I am in a coma asleep.
