we are lucky enough to have a business where we can make awareness bracelets.
we decided that the proceeds will be donated by us to The
International Fund for Animal Welfare. this is posted on their website:
"Hurricane Katrina
Many families forced to evacuate their homes as a result of Hurricane Katrina were unable to take their pets. For many victims, pets are all they have left to give them comfort and strength.
IFAW is working with Code 3 Associates, Inc. to send its 78-foot disaster-relief and response mobile unit to rescue animal victims and reunite them with their families.
Thousands of hurricane victims are depending on us to help their animals. This entire animal rescue effort is funded by our generous supporters. So please give what you can now. "
