Here are some of the adults at my shelter who for some reason get skipped over and over. They've all been my Pic of the week at some point. Who do you think will find a forever home this month?

Elmer 6.5y male Orange and White DSH (in temp. care)- November Pet of the Week

Elmer is a boy who is very sweet but more on the shy side. He needs to learn to trust people. He does enjoy being petted, yet he often gets overwhelmed in new surroundings. Therefore he needs a family who will continue to work with him to come out of his shell. He is looking for a quiet home without dogs. Elmer is front paw declawed. Are you the family who will help to write a happy ending to his story?

Himalaya 5y male White DSH- 11/26/04 Pet of the Week

Himalaya is a large lap cat who will not pass up a chance to be near you. As soon as you open his cage he comes into you lap and starts to purr. He is also a calm guy that would be happy in any home. Himalaya is two paw declawed. If you are looking for a cat that would quickly make himself a part of your family you need to come and see Himalaya.

Gizmo 1.5y male Brown Tabby with White DSH (in temp.)- 12/24/04 Pet of the Week

Gizmo is a guy whose face shows off his personality well. He is very outgoing and affectionate and he loves to be on your shoulder. As soon as you open his cage he jumps into your arms. Gizmo also enjoys playing and will chase the toys around the play area. He would be good in any family with children of all ages. Are you the family that will have Gizmo be your star?

Orange Bit is a guy who is full of personality. He is very outgoing and loves to play. As soon as you open his cage he goes out looking for new toys to play with. Lily 2.6y female Orange Tabby DSH- 2/4/05 Pet of the Week

Lily is a sweet girl who enjoys attention. She has a calm personality and loves to be petted. Lily likes to voice her opinion and will talk to you. Lily is also playful and she likes finding many cat toys at our shelter. Now all she needs is a new family of her own.

Lalena 5y female DSH Grey Tabby with White- 2/11/05 Pet of the Week

Lalena came into the shelter with her friend Laletta who was recently adopted. Lalena is a sweet girl who would love to have a home where she can get a lot of attention. While she does love to be petted she is also independent and likes to go off exploring. Are you the right family for this adorable girl?

Mombasa 8y male Orange Tabby DMH (2 pdc)- 3/4/05 Pet of the Week

Mombasa is a handsome two paw declawed boy who is extremely outgoing and affectionate. He loves to come and jump right into your lap. Mombasa came to our shelter because his owner's son developed severe allergies. His family reluctantly had to give both him and his brother, Nairobi, to us to find them new homes. His previous owner said that he is good with other cats and children. They also said that Mombasa loves to sleep at the foot of your bed. Mombasa is very well bonded to his brother Nairobi and therefore they are looking for a new home where they can stay together. Now all Mombasa and Nairobi need is a family to call their own.

Remy 5y male Buff/White DLH- 3/35/05 Pet of the Week

Remy is a larger sweet boy who wants nothing more than to be someone's friend. He has a mellow personality and he gets along with everyone. He is very friendly and enjoys it when you let him sit next to you while you rub his ears. He is also front paw declawed. How can you pass up a chance to come and meet Remy?
