Post subject: Idea for non spayed or neutered feral cats		 Reply with quote
Might be a stretch but has anyone thought about making a tiny device that attaches to a collar that will warn by feral cats.

There will be two different devices, one for females and one for males, and the device in some way will cause the opposite breed not want to be around each other even when in heat. It may sound cruel, but considering how many cats are being killed every year due to over population, it seems like a step closer to resolving this issue.
