Suzie had a wonderful home but her mom passed away from cancer. She now finds herself homeless and in a shelter. She is 12 years young. She is very active, loves to run and play and is very affectionate. She was living with Emma, who is also listed. Suzie can be adopted alone. (I didn’t see Emma listed.)

Meet Sweet Allie! She will always be your friend. This poor girl was surrendered to the shelter because her family just couldn't keep her anymore. It had nothing to do with Allie. They were devastated to have to give her up. Allie is 8 years old and has always been a house dog and has impeccable manners in the house, She's great in the yard too and does not dig or chew. Allie is fine with kids, cats and other dogs but because she's a senior toddlers that may not be a good fit. Please consider making this gentle gal part of your family. If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting Allie please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointments are necessary.

Hi, my name is Mrs. Claus and I am not afraid to tell you that I really need some help. It is that time of year when miracles happen and I am hoping and praying that someone will step up to help me. I am an old gal and I either have a hernia or a tumor that is hanging down from my belly and I have a cherry eye. I came to the shelter on 12/8/12 as a stray and I have to tell you that my heart is breaking and I would really appreciate someone to take me under their wing and get me taken care of. Would you consider doing that or at least spread the word about me? I really would appreciate it.

COMET: Male Yellow Lab, weighs 95 lbs, 10 yrs old. Up to date on shots, tested and neutered. He is the sweetest dog, potty trained, and walks nicely on a leash, but does have some arthritis.
