Post subject: Older dogs hoping for homes (Senior Saturday 12/15)
|Bless them all. Feel free to add any old faces who have touched your heart.
Ol’ Man (Beckley, WV) Quicksilver commented on him on FB. He’s listed as an adult on their site.
Ol'Man is such a sweet boy. He could no longer be cared for. So now he is depending on you to save his life. He is very friendly and wants a forever home today!
Other faces listed here and all are short on time.
Muttman (Chicago Ridge, IL)
Alfalfa (Arlington, VA)
(He’s in rescue but he looks like Muttman so I thought I’d list him.
Princess Granny and Max (Fort Worth, TX)
Hunter and Kahula (same place)
Batman and Robin (Tinley Park, IL)
Batman recently came to us with his sister Robin. They are wonderful dogs inside and out. They are sweet, affectionate, like to go for walks and love to spend time with our volunteers and each other. Please come in and meet this dynamic duo today!!!
Grizzly and Bailey (Seattle, WA)
Nicolette (Bellview, WA)
Jake (Atlanta, GA)
George (Marietta, GA)
George is about 8 years old and weighs 63 pounds. He was out doing what coonhounds do best, sniffing, and just went a little too far. Now he is stuck in a cage and not able to do any sniffing at all. He came to the shleter as a stray on 12/03/2012. His family thought enough of him to buy him a brand new collar but did not look for him in the shelter. He is taking advantage of his situation as best as he can. He sleeps most of the day, curled upon his Kuranda bed. He is as sweet as can be and is very well behaved. He will be neutered, tested for heart worms and micro-chipped when adopted. He is in run 27 and his ID# is 551001. When calling the shelter about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER, the names are often times made up by volunteers.
Pen 181 and pen 180 (Lawrenceville, GA –AC)
12-12 -4579 Scooby Pet ID: 12629 (Dallas, GA – AC)
He’s 11 and neutered.
Rebel (Cumming, GA)
Rebel is a male Spaniel mix with an estimated DOB of 4-1-01. Both seniors, Bruce and Rebel have been together their entire life. Sadly their owner surrendered them because they were moving out of state and couldn't afford to take them with. Rebel is also loving, but not quite as laid back as Bruce. Both boys are housebroken and like cats and car rides. Neither have any health issues. We would love for them to be adopted together but it isn't mandatory. Their adoption fee is $200 for both or $100 each.
(I didn’t see Bruce listed.)
GA sweet face, Cali ... The angels have you now.
Too many sweet faces destroyed.
