I am collaborating with the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria (VA) on their new Anti-Dogfighting Campaign.

Confidential source close to the Alexandria - Fairfax, VA dogfighting case, says an extensive paper-trail of veterinary records for Eduardo Valdez’s dogs should have alarmed the multiple veterinarians treating the dogs. Why were visible signs of dogfighting not reported?
