To answer the WTH is everyone question: people are frustrated with the server errors, time outs, lost posts, slow page loads, etc. and getting ignored by Discovery Communications, Animal Planet and Petfinder.
I spent 3 straight days not being able to get on here a few weeks ago due to constant server errors.

Thanks for sharing this. I'm curious how social media has impacted fundraising efforts. It's certainly easier than door-to-door or over the phone, but does anyone have personal experience with trying to fundraise for a pet-related? I only ask because there's a thread on the general pet category talking about fundraising topics. I think social media is certainly something to be considered, but not if it has a slow page load!
