Sometimes well meaning people go crazy with situations. The sender of the original e-mail did not have the story right. So here is the story. This never should have been posted. Sorry to all.
Maybe I should take the post down but I wanted to let people know what is now the RIGHT story.
This is the Update I received by e-mail today from the original sender.
UPDATE 8/4/11
"The last update Hans provided was that he was getting some financial assistance from a friend to catch up on back rent and he would be able to keep his dogs.
Also – please be advised and please share this fact with others:
Camp Woof did NOT have any black mold. I have the results from the OSHA report. Camp Woof did not and never had black mold in its facility. They had mildew damage caused by water buckets resting up on a wall. Mildew was removed and the wall was repaired. It took longer than expected because of delays with the landlord and requirement to get bids from contractors to make the repairs. No humans or animals were in any danger.
Also an unknown fact was that Hans did indeed leave on his own and was not fired and he contacted OSHA afterwards. The Department of Agriculture came out and inspected the facility, found nothing wrong and cleared the matter from there records.
Thank you for your concern and please know that Camp Woof remains an honest store, dedicated to it’s customers and to make the lives of animals safe and healthy.
The most important thing is that the dogs will be OK and will not be homeless.
Please feel free to contact Camp Woof with any questions whatsoever about the facts that exists regarding this situation. I did and was satisfied with the proof provided."

I have a dear friend I want, and need to help!! His name is Hans. He was the manager at Camp Woof in Norcross. He has always been so nice and helpful to Gwinnett Humane Society, and he LOVES dogs! He has 9 of his own.
Long story short:
While working there, a wall started to crumble, lots of black mold! Very unhealthy for both humans, and dogs. He tried to get the owner to get it fixed. He persisted, worrying about both employees and the dogs health. Owner didn’t want to fork out the money to fix and get rid of the mold.
Finally, 6 weeks later, Hans called Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA). Owner got mad, confrontations, and now Hans is out of a job!!!
This happened over a month ago. Hans can’t find work, rents, and has to move out next month because he is behind. He is worried SICK about his dogs. He loves them so much, and has no choice but to re-home them. I am just hoping there is a chance you might be ready to let another 4-legged love into your life!!?? Please seriously consider.
All dogs are spayed or neutered, some are up to date on shots, some are not. He is having a financial crisis!
Here's what he has:
2 German Shepherds
1 Weimaraner
1 Pit mix (very sweet)
1 Chesapeake Bay Retriever/Dachshund mix (15lb)
1 Basenji Mix
1 Rottie/Shepherd Mix
1 Chocolate Lab
From Hans:
Following is a list of the dogs currently living with me:
Coco Butter - 4 year old Chocolate Lab, very submissive to other dogs, great disposition loves to fetch and play.
Silkie - 5 year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever, loves tennis balls, very athletic, gets along with dogs of all sizes.
Heidi - 2 1/2 year old black/tan German Shepard, also loves balls, good with other dogs, sometimes likes to be the alpha, easily corrected, talks a lot.
Luna - 2 1/2 year old white German Shepard, likes to be the alpha, very active and loyal, gets along with all other dogs.
Veda - 4 year old Basenji Mix, has calmed down a lot, still active, addicted to laser lights, gets along with other dogs.
Hope - 4 year old Dachshund/Golden mix - my little girl, has been abused, does not like being picked up, very shy and submissive. I adore her!!
J.J. - 4 year old Rottie mix, has thyroid problems, and is over weight because of it. A really, really sweet dog!
Plato - 2 1/2 year old Weimeraner, very loving, scared of the outside world, once comfortable he is great.
Stich - 4 year old Pit mix, he is my "man", very, very sweet, is in love with his big ball, gets along with all female dogs, does not like aggressive males.
All my dogs either love cats or just ignore them.
I don't have a picture of Hope and J.J. to attach, but I have some on my cell phone that I can picture text you.
Thank you so much for offering to help.

If he had a job he would not have to give these dogs up. If anyone thinks they can help him please call him.
