| Your local girl scouts may like to help. I reached out to our local girl scouts to see if they would like to collect food, towels, old cages etc... It happened to be a neighbor of mine so that helped to get in the door. They didn't use this opportunity to earn a badge, but they did it as a community service. We met at the library so that we could present to them what we do and then they met some of the dogs in the parking lot as we couldn't bring the animals inside. The girls just loved it. They collected so much stuff, food, collars, leashes, toys, cages etc... They reached out in their church. We were so grateful. |
