Post subject: Rescued Mamma & new babies |

We rescued a precious little female dog May of this year.We made an appt to get her spayed only to learn she was pregnant.She was in such bad health,bones w/skin stretched over it.We found her with in a Walmart parking lot scared,people blowing horns,shouting at her some kids LITERALLY trying to run over her.She was traumatized dazed confused.
Starving.We brought her home,fed and watered her,she drank so much water, GOD BLESS her .
We let her sleep a few hours then bathed her.She was exhausted.She was barely alive.We got her the best Food we could she is a house dog now.Her little pads worn and ragged from traveling.Lord knows where she came from.Vet said she is part Beagle and Chihuahua.
We prayed over this little mamma she was having severe labour pains at 8:30 Pm June 29,had her first baby June 30 5:56 AM.While my husband slept ,I had to help her by turning the baby three times and pulling gently, it came feet first.Baby was too big for this little Mamma.Again another baby at 7AM,another at 7:30 and at 8:30 the last one.TWO Runts were last.The first were in comparison huge babies.Both solid Black and BEAUITIFUL.
The Runts were both Brown and gorgeous.
One baby died, no obvious reason at two weeks old.
It killed us.The other Runt went at 6 weeks old to a family member in Central Texas.Now i have the two Black babies left . VET said daddy bound to be a Cocker Spaniel.One Girl has short stubby thick legs and curly tail, we named her BooBoo,the other is HANNAH,straight tail and slimmer legs.
They both have really THICK HAIR and curly on ears.They are Small PUPS.
THEY both know their names.
If i call them and say, Come on Girls get in, they both run into crate.
Super smart.
They are sweet ,disposition,.We have lavished them with Love and affection.They are puppy pad trained.Used to CATS,(they play well together).
We can not hang onto these girls though we want to,we are not financially able to.Our HOME too small for so many babies.We already have 3 Cats and 3 Dogs,which includes mamma dog
WE desperately need to find a LOVING forever home for these baby girls.
As long as i live i will never understand how or why people dump a living breathing ANIMAL in the worst heat and think it can fend for itself.

This little Mamma will NEVER have to worry about having babies anymore,or if she can eat and drink.Now she is fat and sassy and a happy happy girl!undefined |

If you are looking for someone to adopt, you may want to put this posting over in Animal. It will get more views.
Thanks so much for what you did. I, also, will never understand how in the world people can turn a blind eye to suffering. |
