So hubby is out of town on business for a few days and I'm home with Audi. It's been awhile since I've been home alone with nothing to do. So I decided to watch cartoons on the Disney Channel for a wee bit. And I've been watching them all morning and it's almost noon! GAH. The funny thing is that I keep telling myself that I'll change channel to something more age appropriate come commercial break but I never do! Right now I'm watching Up, Up and Away and it's pretty funny..

Enjoy your quiet time! Although I love the kids and family, and chaos....I wouldn't change it for the world, I would pay a great deal of money to have one Saturday morning to lay around and do nothing...

I agree, Val! I took Syd to her fathers this morning thinking "hm, maybe I'll have a nice quite day" and then the OCD kicked in and I've cleaning like a maniac until about 15 mins ago...
Vouge- there is nothing wrong with watching cartoons. I do ALL the time.

And I'm STILL watching it! I got all my house chores done yesterday before hubby took off. The only thing I haven't done yet is made the bed.. Which might not ever get made today cos I may take a nap in a bit. :þ
I really should take the dogs out too sometime today. But where? Hrmm..[/i]

Got to love the Disney Channel. I find myself singing the songs from all the shows or some like "Edward the tap dancing elephant". Ugh. I think Little Einsteins is my favorite.

I adore nickalodeon. I love spongebob.
Also I love the little mermaid cartoon on disney channel!
I watch almost nothing but cartoons and animal planet. IF not for hecks kitchen and CSI like shows I'd be brain dead, |

my kid was a fan of the Disney "Mermaid" movie....
20 years later, I still remember all the songs. I think I've seen it a hundred times.....
