Louisiana: Jefferson Parish Animal Control - ALL ANIMALS HAVE NO PLACE TO GO

I was just speaking with Susan Meyer of KAT5 Animal Rescue (she is Bubbalilly on NOLA). She was contacted by the Jefferson Parish Animal Control (not sure if this was already posted on the forum, I'm just catching up) they have 8 young puppies, 30 adult dogs (largest is 60lbs), some spayed/some not, all shots, most cats FIV tested but not all FLK tested. 26 kittens, 34 adult cats, 3 sets of mom and baby kittens still nursing, 7 kittens, 28 adult, 32 unadoptable dogs (didn't pass temperament test) - and ALL OF THESE ANIMALS HAVE NO PLACE TO GO. they are planning to evacuate by midday Saturday. if you know of anywhere to crosspost for help - Muttshack said they can transport if we can find any people / rescues / other shelters who can take any of these animals.

How many dogs, and sizes and how many cats?
DO they all have vaccines?

How much longer do they have before they will not allow them to be moved?
