TO ASSIST WITH CAEP (City Assisted Evacuation Plan) PET/PEOPLE EVACUATIONS
as per our Memo of Understanding with Louisiana SPCA to assist Homeland Security in ORLEANS PARISH
WHERE: Union Passenger Terminal, 1001 Loyola Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70113
DATE: Saturday, August 30, 2008
TIME: between 5am and 6am

POINT PERSONS: Charlotte Bass Lilly, ARNO; and/or Heather Rigney, Louisiana SPCA

You will be briefed and receive your i.d. at Union Passenger Terminal.
Anyone arriving after 6am will be assigned, if at all possible, to administrative positions.

Anyone with arriving after 8am we need you for animal shelter emergency preparedness assignments
