Im just wondering what kinds of pets everybody here has. Im kinda new but havent done that many postings.

1 italian greyhound, Annie
1 snozure(spelled it wrong), Snapple
1 hairless cat, Smokey
1,maine coon mix, Jinxie a.k.a. Meatball Laughing

I have a mutt (GSD mix) named Cocoa who is an almost 7 year old female. I have two cats named Angel and Jake. A blue tongued skink lizard named Bubba and my daughter has a gerbil. I lost my corgi/dachsund mix named Shorty this past January. He was 14 years old. Oh, and I recently had an Italian Greyhound foster named Juna. I loved that dog like one of my own. We all miss her so much. Sad

I have a GSD mix, Amber. And 2 cats named Muffin and Lady. And 3 hamsters, Buttercup, Miley, and Peanut. I love them all sooooooooooooo much

I have a cat named Brenda, 4 kittens, and a rabbit named Bubbles. I've had SEVERAL dogs over the years, but am currently dogless. Crying or Very sad

We have a 3-legged Mal/Shep x named Roxxi, 2 spiny mice, a crow named Spirit, 2 snakes ET and Lucy, 2 lizards Zorro and O'Malley.

Well I have 5 cats. I started out with one, then he needed a playmate,
had to adopt a cat labeled "special needs" and rescued 2 more. 5 is my limit though. Smile

My special needs cat was in a no kill shelter for 4 yrs. She is a beautiful siamese/calico mix but scared to death of strangers. She just was not a good shelter cat with all the comings & goings and had to be on special food there. My house is fairly quiet and I gave her all the time she needed to come around (3wks hiding under the bed, 6mos before she meowed, & 1 yr before brushing was ok) and she has blossomed into a wonderful confident cat "though still afraid of strangers" that is good on a quality cat food, bosses me around like a pro and "has my number". I'm a mush I know! Laughing

I have a cousin in MN that adopted a reg greyhound from Greyhound Rescue there & he is a great dog. She is very happy with him. Supposedly the premier greyhound specialist in the area "or USA" is in MN.

I volunteer with a group that provides pet food (and spay/neuter & shots when funds allow) for disabled, elderly low income folks' pets in our area. Most of the ones I deliver to are elderly and just have nobody except their pet. Crying or Very sad

We want to get 501c 'd but we just don't have the funds. We work with the local shelter to help educate folks "spay/neuter, etc" and have lotsa funds raisers.

I am in Iowa in an area where we had flooding. Some of our volunteers got flooded out as well as some clients so we've been scrambling lately.

Wish us and all the victims of the Iowa flooding - good luck. Everyone here could use it. The areas that got flooded are just starting to clean up and believe me - it looks like a war zone! Sad

I have 2 dachshunds. Belle is 13 1/2 and Earl is 10. I like old dogs. I also have a foster dachshund named Buffalo who is about 10.

I have:

Shaggy (my heartdog) - 3 yr old border terrier/chihuahua mix. Adopted at the Killeen Animal Shelter. In another post I wrongly labeled him an Irish terrier/chihuahua mix.

2 dsh cats - lil' Buddy (5 yr old) and Sister (8 month old). Both kitties were outside and homeless. I didn't even know I was a cat person until lil' Buddy moved in.

AND

Malik (granddog) - 1 yr old. Found on Petfinder by my son. He was adopted from Blue Sky Rescue here in Texas.

I have 4 permanent residents:
2 minature dachshunds( Cody the red in the picture in my signature and Bandit who is a rescue)
2 DSH black and white brother and sister Aysa and Kane
Now my rescues:
1 orange kitten Pheonix
1 corgi/dachshund mix Mindy
Hope- Plott hound/ dachshund mix and her 6 puppies( we think lab mix)
Foxy, Isabelle, Jagger, Avery, (we love NY Rangers hockey), Amelia, Maya

I have 2 dogs, one cat and 2 horses.
Toby is my 2 1/2 yr old corgi
Maggie is my 6 yr old Schipperke
Olivia is my recently adopted kitty
Sunny is my 22 yr old Morgan mare and my other Toby is a 7 yr old Gypsy Cob gelding.

Sunny: 4 year old Boxer/Spaniel mix. We got her the day before the shelter planned on putting her to sleep.

Jack: 1 year old GSD/Pit/Rottie/Aussie mix... I knew both his parents and his grandparents... The owner of his mother didn't know what he was getting into when he bred her. Jacks lucky he ended up with us, Jack's previous owner left him at a park and I couldn't leave him there. He was 6 weeks old and I couldn't say no to the little guy, Very Happy

Goliath: 7 month old Lab mix. I got him from a shelter too. He's a great addition to the family.
