Thanks to donations from individuals and corporations, the Petfinder.com Foundation recently awarded six disaster relief grants to several Petfinder.com animal shelter and rescue organizations impacted by the Southern California Wild fires. We also awarded disaster grants to two organizations in Oklahoma that suffered damage from the ice storms and one grant to a shelter on the Washington coast needing repairs and supplies after the floods in early December.

The Petfinder.com Foundation also partnered with Merial and provided donated veterinary supplies (over $24,000 value) for animals (dog, cats and horses) displaced during the Southern California fires.
