Sadly, back in May of this year, that photo was ruled out as NOT being Milo. Here's the info that Best Friends supplied about the dog in that photo:

Her (the dog in the photo) original name was Gizmo and she was reunited on Sept. 30 in Tylertown with her owner, a woman who was forced to leave her behind. Gizmo was in Tylertown for just two and a half weeks.

They also provided a different photo of the same dog (pictured once again along with the other dog that was in the first photo) and it WASN'T Milo.
