believe it or not, are inconclusive. would have liked to know something by now. either he has a tumor, or a foreign object in his nose. based on the xray alone, which I saw, there is clearly something in his nasal cavity. he may still have to have the nasal scope test. they said there were some weird cells in his slide but he needs further testing. the xrays, etc already cost me 700 bucks, who knows how much for the rhinoscopy. better get out the credit card...

Oh Dear, so you still don't know what he has then, do you think it could it be a foreign object? I am surprised they can not tell from the Xray.
Thank Goodness for the Credit Cards!
Good Luck. |

Hi Oscarmon,
Sorry to hear you are still on pins and needles. It's tough. Think I told you my female Greyhound (Ruckus) has had something going on for a few months, the symptoms indicate Lymphoma - but so far the tests are inconclusive. She was feeling pretty bad for a while, thought at first she was still depressed because our first Greyhound had died as she can be very sensitive. In the meantime I gave her some detox, cleansing herbs and have her on immune modulators and she is definitely feeling better.
A lot of the Vets now offer credit card deals from companies that offer 6 months to a year of payments without incurring interest charges. It can be a good deal if you can pay it off during the time period, but if you miss paying it off the interest rates are really high - so be careful.
Take care of yourself and Oscar. |
