can't imagine he could be on the streets this long, but the description sounds good and to me he has a "peke" look, at least partially
from craigslist

Found today running into traffic on Jefferson Avenue:
Male Peakeniese with a collar, seems to be well-cared for,
sweet, friendly, a few years old. Luckily unharmed.
Coat is light colored, with a curled and feathered tail.
This dog must belong to someone -
He is in a safe place for the moment.
