I am looking for a group/website that can manage shelter donations.

I see alot of groups have PayPal links where people can donate on the spot. I'd like something like that, but the shelter director does not want to give me all her bank info - which is fine.

But what are my other options? Preferrably no or low cost.

This seems like what I am looking for:
