NECK, CHEST, AND PAWS. 60 LBS.BLACK COLLAR NO TAGS (FELL OFF) HIS NAME
IS TAZMANIAN DEVIL, ANSWERS TO "TAZ".

Since the poconos are so large, I'm not sure what area you were in. Here is a link from one of the pocono shelters that show some resources for lost pets. Hope it helps.
