Does anyone know any shelter/rescue that allows adoption of cats/kits online. I adopted my two dogs this way and the dogs were flown to a local airport. All shelters/rescues will not allow me to adopt their kits without meeting me. Any high kill shelters lenient enough to do this? HELP...cheryl
