Hi Everyone,
I am writing for an elderly lady that is a close friend to the family and has taken care of drop offs for over 40 plus years, but now is unable to care for them like she wishes to.
She recently has had some issues with her 2 dogs that live inside the house. They are, we believe, an American Pitbull mix. They are sisters and very loving except for when it comes to themselves. They have been fighting and unfortunately, it leads to too much aggression. She has had to separate them on numerous occasions. She just cannot handle it anymore. She is concerned that they will do harm to each other or perhaps another animal. She has a baby pug that is more of her speed, that lives inside as well.
She is hoping that someone will be able to help her out, and I am in California while she is in Ohio, so I cannot do anything in person. She has called the humane society and dog catcher there, and they are unwilling to take the animals without a large amount of cash. She is a retired teacher and has very little money as it is.
If anyone knows where she might get some help, please contact either myself here or at this email address listed below.
Thank you so much.
Sean
