Calling all shelters, rescues and welfare individuals...

Do you pay for feeding and water bowls for your animals, or are they mostly donated? Are they disposable, or are they washed and re-used?
Are these items high on your list of needs, or usually always available?


Any replies would be GREATLY appreciated and important in helping with a very exciting project for 2012 that could help save more lives!

The more responses the better chance of success.
