Chance is really loving the Through a Dog's Ear music we bought her.

They are on my mp3 player. I moved my docking station and speakers out on the bookcase by her bed so the music plays for most of the afternoon/evening.

Hubby decided she needed her own docking station and speakers for Christmas. Fine with me because then I wouldn't have to move them from my office to the living room and back. Plus I almost broke ribs on my work table unplugging the station and speakers because of where I keep them in my office.

Then he said he was going to buy her an mp3 player! Shocked To put less than 6 hours of music on.
I told him there was no way he was buying the dog a $350.00 mp3 player.

Laughing Laughing Laughing

Sorry, but seriously - you and hubby need to write two seperate books.

Can you send me a link to the CD you are speaking of???

We leave the radio going all the time while we are gone, but maybe this would be a nice change for Chunk and the rest of the old crew.

What about an ipod shuffle? Less than $100.00 and will still work with a docking station? I have stuff loaded on one for the dogs when I am gone. A mix of classical, opera, bluegrass and some rock. I also use the tv in the room more for the dogs than for DH and myself. They like the benji movies and homeward bound.

I managed to find the "small" version of ours for a decent price.

A business didn't change the price sticker on a unit from earlier this year when the mp3 player company temporarily slashed prices! The price for this particular unit is now twice that price.

It has her CDs on it, a picture of all 3 of us with Santa and several pictures of her and her BFF playing.
Even got her a hot pink protective case for it that I etched some hearts and her name into and then outlined with a Sharpie!
