[b]PRINT AND COPY THIS RUN SHEET TO TAKE WITH YOU
! - This run sheet is created SOLELY for the purpose of this transport. Everyone’sinformation is considered private and is to be used for the purpose of this transport only. Thank you!

Always remember the RULES OF THE ROAD:
· Don't sacrifice safety for convenience. Choose safe transfer spots off of main roads and highways.
· Arrive 15 minutes early before your leg is scheduled to leave so you can help to walk, water and load the animals and leave on time.
· Hand off the paperwork first, then the animals-- this way you won't forget their documentation!
· Make sure collars are tight and please do not loosen them. Dogs can sometimes back out of collars, even if they appear secure, so if a dog is pulling away from you, try not to tug, but call him/her to you instead.
· Crate or tether the dogs at all times for your safety and theirs if possible. Many will try to help you drive if you don't!
· Don't feed adult dogs. The less food, the less chance of carsickness although a few treats are fine if needed. Puppies should be fed mid-day. PUPPIES SHOULD NOT BE PLACED ON THE GROUND, THANK YOU!.
· Consider bringing a "just in case" kit with you. This could include some cleaner, paper towels, a trash bag, extra leashes and collars and a few treats. Also, protect your vehicle by using crates, or lining it with cardboard and/or blankets that you can clean or discard.
· Please disinfect (USING BLEACH!) any water bowls, blankets, crates, your own clothing, etc. that any animals on transport come in contact with as a precaution for the next passengers you may have and your own pets. Make this a routine part of your transporting, on my transports or any others you volunteer for, before and after, and/or when overnighting or fostering.
**IN THE EVENT AN ANIMAL ON BOARD REQUIRES VETERINARY CARE, YOU MUST CONTACT THE RECEIVING RESCUE PRIOR TO AUTHORIZING ANY TREATMENT

*ALL PASSENGERS ARE UTD SHOTS FOR THEIR AGE AND HW NEG, ALL TRAVELING W/ HEALTH CERTIFICATE, COLLAR AND LEASH.
