Animal Ctrl does not want to PTS the cats but there are few adoptions or rescues.

"Hinesville, GA, Liberty County Animal Control is a very sad place for cats... Unless the Liberty Humane Shelter next door saves them or they are claimed by their owner, they don't make it out. Unfortunately, the shelter next door is overrun with cats and I have never seen an owner looking for his/her cat... In the last 2 weeks over 80 cats have been put to death by animal control officers in this facility alone... It's heart breaking, not just for us but for the officers, too...."
