Rosie was turned in by her owner. They claim she was found as a stray about 8 years old and that they thought she was 10 years old then. We know she is a senior girl but doubtful she is 18 years old. Rosie needs major TLC and needs to see a vet. If she is not rescued soon we have no choice but to humanely euthanize her. If you are interested in this pet please contact us as soon as possible. We take in approximately 5500 animals a year. Unfortunately we are a high kill shelter due to the amount of animals being brought to the shelter.
