My husband and I have attended two of their workshops and they are more than worth it.
You get to hear guest speakers at a smaller level.
Lynn Katz (wonderful lady) from Petfinder
Nick Gilman - Humane Logic
Linda Reider - Michigan Humane Society
Sue Sternberg - Rondout Valley Animals for Adoption
I was really amazed with Sue. She showed us how to take a dog and have it sitting and lying down in just a matter of minutes. And it really works!!
Barbara Carr - SPCA of Ernie County
Jacque Schultz - the ASPCA
You get to meet people that most likely live right close to you. People that you would never know was out there. Talk with people from both shelters and rescues. And get to hear from both sides of the fence.
You get to share new ideas and play around with old ones. They get the wheels turning by placing a little go power behind it. Ideas that others have been using for a while and you think "how simple, why didn't we think of that.
You have a chance to talk one of one with the guest speakers if you would have a questions.
I would recommend them to everyone!!
Was very pleased and will go again when they come to our area.
