There is a site for lost and found Katrina animals. Unfortunately, I no longer know what it is. Maybe ask.com will help. I would contact all the rescue agencies which helped in this area and explain they are still looking for this dog. Maybe even try to leave info with police, etc. You would think a rottweiler would stand out. Good luck.
