That's truly gracious, Dogma. I'm not much of a world traveler, but I do enjoy reading your posts about India and its culture.
As far as my hostess with the mostestness, I'd have to draw the line at giving up my own bed. I'd buy air matresses...and hey, I could attach them to my computer and inflate them with some of the hot air that's been flying around PF this week! |

Ha! Fat chance! We get enough of our families already. They can sleep on the couch (or floor, air mattress, etc) or find a hotel. Friends are a different story! |

I would give my bed up for guests but most of them don't like my bed (its a waterbed). I will have the kids sleep with me and they could use their beds.
Plus my doggies sleep with me and while I don't mind doggie hair most people do _________________ Don''t lead, because I may not follow

My house is really too small now for anyone to stay over. If for some reason someone were to do so, they'd hav to sleep on the couch. Number one, I'm pregnant and have a tough enough time sleeping anyhow without going to the couch or something; number two, when I'm not pregnant, the baby will be in my room, and last but certainly not least, my hubby wouldn't leave the bed anyhow, and it'd be really strange to have a guest sleep with my husband. So...welcome to the couch! |

| I would never give up my bed...we have 2 spare bedrooms, one with a full size bed and the other is currently housing 5 foster kittens, 2 sofas, 2 loveseats, and LOTS of floor space. I don't ever have overnight guests anyway, so it'snot a big deal. I'm with ya melinda, I'm anti social. I have been known to hide in the dining room with a hand clamped over each dogs mouth when someone is standing at my front door. I just really don't like guests... |

| Nope. That's what my couch is for. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment and no one stays but my boyfriend and he sleeps with me. If i have a friend that shouldnt' drive or something, they are on the couch |

I wish one answer to pick on that poll was just plain, "no".
Because no, I sleep in my own bed.
And my pets sleep in there too, the dogs anyway. |
