He is currently mixing two methods or rib making. One from his uncle and one from that Good Eats show on Food Network. He's making them for Sunday so he's mentally preparing. 
I'll let you know how it goes. |

Good eating to you!
When I was pg with my 1st, I couldn't eat pork. Just the thought of it made me woozy!
DH boils them in bourbon before grilling and then uses a sauce with a base of Sweet Baby Ray's with added extra ingredients. |
