Kacey, I would set up a cot next to that house and encircle myself with Fancy Feat Fish and Shrimp, and not leave until you nab her.
If you are able to get your hands on a cat trap, use the Fancy Feast Fish and Shrimp IF Cocoa has any leanings towards liking fishy flavors.
I am countin' on you to report back to this board on Tues or Wednesday, that you have Cocoa in your possession. lol
You can do it! We will fill you with helpful hints between now and the time that you leave. You are going to get your girl.

That's right!!! Tomorrow she is going to go to her parent's home for a few days.

Please get Cocoa and the new babies microchipped.

If you put out a carrier include an old towel or sweater that smells
like you.

She may need a thorough shave to clean her up. There are photos of
a recent Persien rescue on the animal community who required such clean up,

good ideas mourka !!!

and about the microchipping... make sure the vet gives you the paperwork
because you are the one that has to call or mail all the contact info in
to the AVID or HOMEAGAIN company. and use lots of contact tel numbers.
the home again company told me that they will take as many telephone
numbers as i want to give them.

make sure you do that because this just reminded me that although both
my cats are microchipped i still have not filled out and sent in mamakittys
paperwork. will have to do that this weekend !! and my friend who has
both her cats chipped did not call in and fill out her paperwork either.
i think i am going to get that from her and do it for her.

you'd be surprised how many UNregistered micropchips are out there
or they register the pet after the pet goes missing but by then chances
are the pet has been picked up and scanned and it has come
"no contact info" so then its too late.

so make sure you follow through with the paper work. and you can
register with several companies. its a one time fee of about $12-$15.

i just said another prayer for you kacey. we all so much want you to
have your cocoa back.

Hi Gemee,

can you send me a pm with your email address, please. I have 2 pictures of cats not posted on petfinder or anywhere else. A rescuer did send them to me, she took them home. Yes...Maybe you can post them on the messageboard , so maybe if someone is looking for them...

WE FOUND HER!! we did not want to traumatize her anymore so we waited to see if she would come on her own and she did!! i did not post sooner because i wanted to wait for good news! i am so happy!thank you to eveyone for your prayers and well wishes! i will post soon with pictures, but cocoa is FOUND!!!! thanks again, i could not have made it this far without y'all. you are an inspiration! everyone who helped, please pass the news along!! i cannot express the joy i feel in knowing she is okay! keep up the good work, and never lose faith!!
