Pheobe is all white w/ some light brown areas. Her tail always hangs. Shes is blind and has Caderacs covering her eyes. She is semi-deaf(Pheobe scares easily, due to the fact that she can't see or hear really well), we have searched our entire neighborhood, for her. She weights 7.5LBS. Very fragile. 14 YEARS OLD. while searching my neighborhood, I went door-to-door, and 13/100 residents that live here saw my little Pheobe. But no one picked her up. An animal control truck was seen in the neighborhood that day, but I check all local/near centers and she wasn't to be found. I believe someone picked her up and will not give her back.
